Welcome to Avolta Legion, a social media platform dedicated to uniting entrepreneurs and fostering a community where professionals can grow, learn from one another, and support each other’s success. By accessing or using Avolta Legion, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Users may request to create a business page associated with their account. Approval for business pages requires verification of business ownership. Avolta Legion reserves the right to approve, deny, or remove business pages at its discretion.

4. Use of the Platform

Avolta Legion is designed as a united front for entrepreneurs to collaborate, share knowledge, and support each other’s success. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal practices
  • Posting or sharing harmful or offensive content
  • Harassing, defaming, or discriminating against other users
  • Infringing upon intellectual property rights or violating any local, state, or international laws

5. Business Pages and User Content

Users may create business pages upon approval. By using the Platform, you agree to interact with others in a respectful and constructive manner. You are solely responsible for the content that you post, share, or exchange on the Platform. Avolta Legion does not endorse or control user-generated content and disclaims any liability associated with interactions between users.

Users and business pages may post:

  • Business announcements
  • Recruitment CTAs
  • Offers of collaboration
  • Testimonials and reviews

However, all content shared on the Platform must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Accuracy: Content must be truthful and not misleading.
  • Respect: Content should not incite hate, violence, or discrimination.
  • Compliance: Content must comply with applicable local, state, and international laws.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt the functionality of the Platform.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other users’ accounts, or data.

Avolta Legion reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms and Conditions. If your account is terminated, you will lose access to your profile and any associated business pages or content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avolta Legion, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Avolta Legion, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Amendments to the Terms
